Area Managing Director

Job description

•Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve sales targets.
•Manages the Cost-to -Sales Ratio in accordance with the prescribed policies
and standards of the company.
•Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
•Maximizing new business development opportunities.
•Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
•Overseeing a sales team comprised of Business Managers/Sales Managers and
Business Associates/Sales Agents.
•Recruitment of Business Managers/Sales Managers and Business
Associates/Sales Agents
•Developing relationship with clients

Qualifications

•Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Master’s Degree, Professional License.
•Must have at least 5 years of solid Sales Experience in Real Estate.
•Preferably a Real Estate Licensed Broker managing a large network of sellers
•Possess strong and effective negotiation skills.
•Must have Managerial /Directorship experience specializing in Property, Real
Estate or Equivalent and managing large teams of Sales Agents/Property
Consultants.
•Specialization in horizontal projects (i.e. Cavite)is a plus.
•Computer literate.
